My amino on my aristo phone won't let me change my online/offline status, won't let me check in, won't let me like peoples post, keeps my messages on read

I contacted the support many times, but they still seem to not work on the issue? I even bought a new Ipod from Apple for over 200 Euro and it is exactly the same problem like my old Ipod. (Ios) I open the app - some seconds pass with the opening screen - then the app just closes (crashes?) It won't work no matter how often uninstalled or even with a new device? Please plaese please can somebody just finally fix this? I cannot participate in the community that means so much to me
Failed to connect to our servers. Amino crashed in my Android phone. I can't join Live chatting. I unstalled too many times. But there are no working.

Hey, nothing major, but I just created a new account, this worked. I joined a community, but as soon as I enter, 10 seconds after entering, without doing anything, I am either thrown out of the community or the app closes just like that. Just so you know. Would be a shame if I couldn't properly use the app and participate in a community. Have a good day!
