- App consistently kicks you out if you use it for more than a few minutes.
- Shows that you’ve seen and no longer tracking need to go in a separate place.
- Remote only works with Roku.
- Each time you click on a movie to add it to your watch list or add it to your already seen list, it shows up as a completely different movie.
- App does not link to your online account via a browser.

Reelgood will not access MAX
I am running Reelgood.com on a PC using Windows 11 and I am unable to login.
Can not log in with password, google, or reset option.
I have not been able to download reelgood app from playstore to my phone. It's been showing pending rather than downloading.
Cant watch trailers on there anymore
When I start Reelgood on my android phone, it comes partly up and a circle spins around forever. If I close Reelgood and start again, it comes up immediately.
I have been using Reelgood for many months and love it. Past few days Reelgood is instantly crashing on my iPhone 14 pro max. Reelgood works fine on my new iPad Pro. I have tried rebooting. I tried removing app and then loading again. I have checked settings to match my iPad. Still crashing. I hope there is a fix. Thank you
App synced correctly to iPad but keep losing all info on iPhone. Temporarily got both synced again and now lost iPhone syncing again. No shows or movies show up.
Over the past 2 weeks, the “continue watching” section on the iOS mobile app has not been working (it just keeps showing that annoying “Rick and Morty” example. That’s a core function/benefit of the app as you can see where you are on various shows and when new episodes become available. Not sure if this is getting fixed?
Most services show unavailable, why? Netflix shows available, but the content will not play!!! Roku Ultra and iPad on same network. Can use reelgood’s Roku remote to play content on all services!!!! Any idea why this is happening? We have sent many notes, things just keep getting worst!!!!!!
