Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Muza app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Muza app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Muza app on iPhone
Update Muza app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Muza iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Muza on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Muza network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Muza not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Muza app issues:

Force Stop the Muza App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Muza app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Muza to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Muza App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Muza app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Muza.

Fix Muza unable to contact server/ Muza internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Muza » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Muza » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Muza on android.
