I am unable to cash my work check through the app. I cash it every week with no problem, but this week the app crashes every time I select the cash a check option. I have also restated my phone twice and Uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

I see that someone else told customer service that yahoo said that go2 bank needed to go to senders.yahooinc.com to fix their problem. I have told them the same thing and no one will do this 1 thing. They don't listen.

Have been trying to access my account for over a week. Not receiving verification code to my email address. This is the only thing I can't seem to get.
