Been trying to log into my account and cannot activate my card it's been a problem for 3 weeks

I started using GO2bank early this year, they closed my account, said they would refund my money but I still haven’t received anything yet from them, it’s been over a month, a half that it was done

I'm having issues logging into my account telling me unrecognized device attempts. Please i want that to stop so I can get into my account, I have my number, Gmail and I know my password

hello go2bank has not sent a code via email for about 2 weeks what is going on .. This is absurd and there is no solution to this.. I cannot access my account with a verification code to email....

Recieved text messages my account has been activated and a trusted device has logged in. I never set anything up with Go2bank. I am not unemployed. This is definitely a stolen identity and I am unable to get it resolved.
