Force Stop the Looker App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Looker app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Looker to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Looker App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Looker app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Looker.
