I installed AntidoteHealth today but it definitely didn’t work out! After the 85 min wait I hopped into the appointment but the doctor disappeared. I know they are busy there must be a text to inform that the doctor is ready and leave at least 5 minutes for the patient to log in. Mishka’s explanation, she was in the customer service, was that now I am back at the end of the line. It was very unthoughtful since she could at least put me after the person that took my appointment , I don’t believe she couldn’t do anything. She has access to all the appointments. So it was disappointing that after sitting on the phone and waiting all morning I was offered to wait 109 minutes for my next appointment! She was not offering anything else as an option and staring at the phone for another 109 minutes with a migraine wasn’t an option. I didn’t like that cold approach to the patient so I don’t recommend that app. Go to DrSays. They’re great and very quick with the appointments! I received mine right away.

I was really sick today and needed a doctors note for work but didn’t have the energy to go in. So I scheduled an appointment on AntidoteHealth . The doctor arrived about 5 minutes early to our scheduled appointment and it went fairly fast. He asked me some questions, gave me a doctors note for work and offered to prescribe me something. Overall my experience with AntidoteHealth was very good and I will continue using it. The only thing is, is that your employer may be a little confused where you went for your appointment because the doctors note says antidote in Florida. But other than that it’s great.

First time using AntidoteHealth. I did the medical note plan and spoke with a doctor. The call was ended too short on their end and the doctor also got the information wrong on my doctors note and they also didn’t inform me the note only lasts for 5 days and not a week like he wanted to put down. I asked for specific things to be put down on the note because my employer won’t accept it otherwise. They agreed but did not do so and put the wrong information on the doctor’s note. I contacted their customer service and they told me I could be reconnected with another doctor so they may adjust the note. I did so, described what the doctor agreed on and what I needed on the note and they put the wrong information down AGAIN and cut my phone call off early AGAIN. Now I have two notes that are useless. Thanks, Antidote, for wasting my time.

I was hesitant to use AntidoteHealth but I had to give it a try maybe it works. I was desperately need a doctor’s note. I had a coupon for one time visit fo 20 dollars off, it was great. I was a little nervous when I spoke to the doctor and tried to explained to her. She was nice and friendly. The only thing why I gave 4 stars because when I received my doctor’s note, the explanation below was different to what I explained. I tried to open AntidoteHealth again and answer all the questions. But when it asked if I would like to speak with the doctor, and press the button..AntidoteHealth shut me out. I was hoping to get the right explanation for my doctor’s note.

Super fast service! Within 10 minutes I was talking to a doctor, she got all my information and although I have full coverage insurance she even took me to a website to lower the cost of my prescription, (so it’s super helpful for those who don’t have insurance) plus the first visit was completely free. She was super helpful when I was asking her questions, and got my prescription over in minutes. I definitely recommend this service and will not be waiting in line at the doctors office again.

I cannot extend my appreciation enough! They connect you immediately with a clinician. I was feeling sick in the middle of the night and knew I needed a Dr.‘s note for school the next day from something I ate, and the Dr. was so kind and genuine and the appointment was super quick! I got the Dr.’s note as well as recommendations of over the counter products or options of prescription nausea medication.

I am not a paid representative. Just a normal person who couldn’t afford to go out during the pandemic to the doctors office for more reasons than one. Setting up the appointment was easy and fast. The doctor was thorough, professional and kind. He gave me my options and then the call was finished. I could not have imagined a better experience. Customer care was there to help me as well. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Antidote!!

I was super skeptical, but $19 for a doctors note was my best bet I figured I’d give it a try. I got scared reading through the reviews as I was waiting for the doctor. I was “seen” and had a doctors note all within 20 mins of downloading AntidoteHealth . It was quick easy and the doctor was great! Definitely the right move if you are super sickly and don’t want to leave your bed. 10/10 would definitely use them again if needed.

Downloaded AntidoteHealth and was able to speak with a Dr. via video conference within 25mins. Explained what was going on given a game plan and expecting a Dr.’s Note for work to be provided for me within the next few minutes. Absolutely recommend this to anyone in who appreciates the value of their time and is in need of convenient efficient service.

The customer service experience is absolutely fantastic. I loved the agent who helped me cause AntidoteHealth was being weird and kept missing the appointment, while I was waiting for my turn with my phone in my hand. However I didn’t receive the Doctor’s note that I’ve paid for because they can’t give me more than 5 days leave. This wasn’t mentioned before I paid them $49. They should have said that before getting my money. I really needed that note, o don’t care about the money. So that didn’t do any help for me.

Honestly wasn’t sure about trying a new Service. I’m unfamiliar with Antidote as I’ve always used another service. The price was reasonable and the doctor was truly professional, understanding and understood my needs. He was straight to the point and friendly. I would recommend Antidote to all of my friends and will be likely to return.

I paid &29 for a “doctors note” & the doctor was VERY RUDE, DIDNT GIVE ME A NOTE & threatened I would have to wait 5 hours for another doctor . He was VERY WEIRD & asking weird questions. If I PAID FOR A DOCTORS NOTE WHY DONT I HAVE ONE??!! & then they tried to get me to “pay for a plan” all over again . There is NO SUPPORT/customer service . Some how when I didn’t pay for the plan “customer service” called me to “help with my payment” & said I can always call that number. But when I need to contact them to GET MY MONEY BACK , the number is suddenly OUT OF SERVICE .. when you go to contact support it says “agent offline” AntidoteHealth is a SCAM!! STAY CLEAR AWAY !!

I woke up in excruciating tooth/jaw pain, and called my dentist, urgent care, everywhere and no one could call in an antibiotic to help my pain.
I was advised to try AntidoteHealth by urgent care since they didn’t take my insurance, and I am SO happy I did!
The doctor was so nice, they sent in the medication I need to relieve my pain, and as a single mom, AntidoteHealth is going to make life so much easier!

I spoke with Dr. Roth literally one minute after making my account. She was so sweet and helpful and was able to get me a doctors note almost immediately! I am so sorry to everyone who has had trouble but my experience was amazing. Quick. Simple. Easy. Very grateful for this experience.

Since I subscribed from the webpage, the only way to unsubscribe is through the support team.
I’ve contacted them through chat support and through E-Mail 3 times now in order to cancel my subscription and still don’t have any answer or confirmation.
It feels almost like a scam. I’m supposed to be able to cancel at any time I want but it seems like they just won’t let me.

The service was okay (not great). Although I had to wait a lot in the waiting room to get to see the doctor.

AntidoteHealth doesn’t let you type what’s wrong, you just have to kinda go through the motions and explain better once you’ve connected with the dr. I got connect, explained my situation, and got a doctors note for work in about 5 mins. Only $20 compared to $50 at a walk in office. 👍🏼

Dr. Wimpfheimer did a great job of conducting the visit over the phone. It was my first time doing it this way and I was a little unprepared, not knowing where to set my camera, etc. but be was very patient and helpful throughout the whole visit. Will be using this again

Great service, friendly knowledgeable doctor. Very quick and efficient from the time I opened AntidoteHealth until I had an appointment. Saved me a trip to urgent care and got me the rx I needed in under half an hour from the time I logged in.

My encounter with my Dr. was beyond superb. The compassion he displayed was beyond measure. I thank GOD for his heartfelt empathetic manner. He enabled me to express my ailments without interruption. I will definitely refer my friends and family. It’s worth it to give Antidote a try. I feel they won’t disappoint. Thank

Told him I needed a doctors note for the days I missed work and told him what I had he kept asking how do you know and how did you find out?! Like really I just paid just the doctors note portion and come to find out it’s worse than what I thought I had. Thought I had strep but now it’s covid! The worse part wasn’t the whole questions part, it was like he thought I was lying about everything and gave me a note to be excused on a day I was scheduled off, so what’s the point in paying?

Needed a doctors note for work. Got an appointment within 20 minutes! Note was in my email 15-20 minutes after the appointment. Got a follow up call from Gabriel to ask about my experience and gave them all 5 stars

Nothing is free and if you have something you want to know about then you are going to pay to talk to a doctor there is no way around it welcome to america.

Had a back injury from golf and Dr got me a prescription right away!

I downloaded AntidoteHealth cause of all the good reviews. I just wanted to ask one simple question, but it wont move on from the “analyzing your data” screen. Its stuck there loading. Pretty dissapointing if u ask me
