Worst doctors app EVER SCAMMERS !!

I paid &29 for a “doctors note” & the doctor was VERY RUDE, DIDNT GIVE ME A NOTE & threatened I would have to wait 5 hours for another doctor . He was VERY WEIRD & asking weird questions. If I PAID FOR A DOCTORS NOTE WHY DONT I HAVE ONE??!! & then they tried to get me to “pay for a plan” all over again . There is NO SUPPORT/customer service . Some how when I didn’t pay for the plan “customer service” called me to “help with my payment” & said I can always call that number. But when I need to contact them to GET MY MONEY BACK , the number is suddenly OUT OF SERVICE .. when you go to contact support it says “agent offline” this app is a SCAM!! STAY CLEAR AWAY !!
They won’t let me unsubscribe

Since I subscribed from the webpage, the only way to unsubscribe is through the support team.
I’ve contacted them through chat support and through E-Mail 3 times now in order to cancel my subscription and still don’t have any answer or confirmation.
It feels almost like a scam. I’m supposed to be able to cancel at any time I want but it seems like they just won’t let me.
The service was okay (not great). Although I had to wait a lot in the waiting room to get to see the doctor.

Told him I needed a doctors note for the days I missed work and told him what I had he kept asking how do you know and how did you find out?! Like really I just paid just the doctors note portion and come to find out it’s worse than what I thought I had. Thought I had strep but now it’s covid! The worse part wasn’t the whole questions part, it was like he thought I was lying about everything and gave me a note to be excused on a day I was scheduled off, so what’s the point in paying?
