How to fix Planto app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Planto app on iPhone
Update Planto app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Planto iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Planto on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Planto network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Planto not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Planto app issues:

Force Stop the Planto App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Planto app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Planto to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Planto App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Planto app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Planto.

Fix Planto unable to contact server/ Planto internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Planto » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Planto » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Planto on android.
