I want to cancel my subscription to planto

I used it here and there to make sure plants weren’t toxic to my dog. I eventually go ahead and pay $10 for unlimited monthly. Not long after I try to scan a picture and it says I can’t and to click this link to pay for monthly unlimited. I click it, it tells me I already have it but then still won’t let me scan. So I wasted $10 and now can’t even figure out how to cancel it. Contacted them and no answer. Don’t waste your $.
Update- it keeps charging me and there is no way for me to cancel my subscription that I can find! This app is GARBAGE

I wanted to see how this app worked, so I signed up with the understanding that I could cancel it in a few days. I went on the app, but there is no opportunity given to cancel. They do have a “contact” option so I used that to tell them I never wanted this and am dismayed that they have now charged my Apple account for several weeks now for $4.99 per week! What kind of people trick you into signing up for a free trial, then won’t let you cancel as agreed? Extremely disappointed, if not completely disgusted.

Like many others, I loved the app at first. Bought a yearly subscription. After an iOS update, it stopped working. You cannot restore app - will not allow. You must sign in to your gmail account within the app to even submit a contact form (while the app is open and “views” you typing in your password). No response. I changed all my passwords. Does not seem safe.
Also, didn’t even work as the free version while I awaited a response. Tried to contact Apple as well.
