Hello, I am trying to send a new claim in the APP however the amount is not accepted with a ,: 9 is accepted but 9,88 is not. The amount 48 is accepted however 48,40 is not. I have cancelled the App and loaded it again, switched my iPhone completely but the problem is still there. Thank you for your help

Allianz app is not working money app app. Where we can withdraw 300 but now it is not working my money always there pending..

How to fix Allianz app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Allianz app on iPhone
Update Allianz app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Allianz iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Allianz on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Allianz network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Allianz Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Allianz not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Allianz App
1. On android, goto Settings » Allianz » click [Force Stop]

Update Allianz to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Allianz App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Allianz » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Allianz.

Fix Allianz unable to contact server/ Allianz internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Allianz » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Allianz » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Allianz
