I have several teams that use the app all day and no issues. I have one guy that every other day or so his app wont sync pictures signatures or surveys. How can I trouble shoot his phone? We have already deleted and reinstalled and it works again for a bit and then the same thing.

I try to logout, said "unable to logout" your current session has some unsaved data that is pending sent to the server. please click on upload now button to send the data. We do that and back to same, have to delete the app and install again, please help us with that, Thanks,

I LOSE CONNECTION AFTER ABOUT 5 OR 6 HOURS. SHUT PHONE DOWN AT END OF ROUTE. WORKING NEXT DAY.

How to fix DispatchTrack app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the DispatchTrack app on iPhone
Update DispatchTrack app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall DispatchTrack iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix DispatchTrack on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve DispatchTrack network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

DispatchTrack Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix DispatchTrack not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the DispatchTrack App
1. On android, goto Settings » DispatchTrack » click [Force Stop]

Update DispatchTrack to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DispatchTrack App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » DispatchTrack » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart DispatchTrack.

Fix DispatchTrack unable to contact server/ DispatchTrack internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click DispatchTrack » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto DispatchTrack » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch DispatchTrack
