Dispatch track was cool at first. But then as you continue to use the program your find that it slows down takes forever to load from one customer to the next customer. Loads sometimes and sometimes it doesn’t load. It’s like it has a mind of its own.

I have an iphone ( the newest version ) and every time i check on my delivery maps, it shows them in order, but once i go back to the main screen the delivery sequence changes completely, example the sequence as follow: 3;12;6;9;18;25;10;114;17 and i have to keep on refreshing and then it takes me out.

Please help me

There are so many other options out there, unfortunately some vendors we work with are tied to DispatchTrack.
The good:
-automated call ahead option, with the option to choose your eta.
-general information on the product, customer etc
The bad:
-constant glitching out - it will take you to the loading screen whenever it feels like it. closing/reopening app does not work.
-no option for master contractors to log in and track all the trucks in one place, along with statistics etc.

If you don’t have the internet, forget it! This won’t even open! Pictures will constantly multiply, or not show up. My company is a $26 million a year business in Massachusetts, and I am disappointed in the performance of your Mobile platform.

DispatchTrack itself is slow and laggy. Everytime you take a picture it doesn’t show right away In app. Have to click on buttons multiple times for it to work. Will not let you log out of your sessions at times either.

This application only allows 1 person in DispatchTrack and then bumps the other one out- a minimum of 2 users are needed at a time In order to be sufficient and success.

I can’t longer check my next day map route . That’s an issue because you can’t see mispin stops . Please fix DispatchTrack issue. Thanks

DispatchTrack and company is super helpful when configuring delivery routes. Everything is clean and user friendly. Especially the customer notifications that get sent out with one button. So easy!

I’ve been using DispatchTrack for a few months now. I handle my orders, get proof of deliveries done, can send instant messages to dispatchers when something urgent pops up at any stop, I can take pictures as proof of delivery, can easily call or text customers prior to delivery and also send delivery receipt to them all from the convenience of DispatchTrack . I’d recommend DispatchTrack highly as it’s helped me stay on top of my business more professionally and productively.

I found DispatchTrack to be super useful, and I have only good things to say about it. The apps provides so many excellent features including the automated call ahead option and the gps tracking. I am so satisfied with DispatchTrack and I definitely recommend for anyone who needs it.

Out of the many gps apps we’ve used, me and my wife love this one the most. Its so easy to use and the simple layout is very easy navigate. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for some directions.
