Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever VIDAA app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix VIDAA app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the VIDAA app on iPhone
Update VIDAA app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall VIDAA iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix VIDAA on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve VIDAA network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix VIDAA not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent VIDAA app issues:

Force Stop the VIDAA App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click VIDAA app. » click "Force Stop".

Update VIDAA to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear VIDAA App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "VIDAA app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch VIDAA.

Fix VIDAA unable to contact server/ VIDAA internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click VIDAA » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got VIDAA » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch VIDAA on android.
