The remote, on VIDAA , doesn’t give you all the features that the physical remote does. As in, I had to use the physical remote to use the cursor in the browser. VIDAA also has a lot of slow defaults about it. My device is never connected when I open VIDAA , and takes about 3-4 minutes to actually connect. It’s awful that the TV doesn’t have Bluetooth or easily paired screen sharing. I can stream a video from my laptop to my tv, but I can do it on my Roku. Haven’t regrets about the purchase.

The time changes on it own Everyday. I pay for Brit box yet can’t get VIDAA on THIS TV. It freezes up often .I truly do believe that I received the biggest LEMON

Anytime VIDAA is open it wouldn’t even get past the name on the screen it would close. I uninstalled and reinstalled… I managed to connect to my tv and it shut down again.

Remote does not work for tv. All I can do is go side to side or up and down Nothing else works.

Don’t waste your time on VIDAA or a Hisense TV- it’s the worst. It will not connect to a phone or an HDMI- waste of money and time.

Why isn’t there a way to disable ads? This tv is just an advertising appliance.

It’s hard to even work it. Sometimes it connects to the TVs sometimes it doesn’t. That is very frustrating.

Checked for update. When I click app, it shows logo and then crashes. Over and over. Worst smart tv ever.

Regular remote is SO SLOW. thought I was smart saving $25 instead of a Roku, never again.

App connects to tv but when trying to connect it crashes and when removing app it does the same thing trying to screen mirror with my iPhone iPad and nothing. What a piece of junk have to return this tv and get my money back I’ve never had any problems with any of my other tv’s. Going to have to buy a Roku but that defeats the purpose of it being a smart TV. Would not recommend this tv or app to anyone

I used VIDAA for two years now on my Hisense smart tv and it worked perfectly. Also, i must say that VIDAA was best in every way for remote controlling in terms of UI and everything.

But unfortunately, after the latest update I can't make it work because it can't find my device and nothing changed from before and after this update on my side so it must be because of the update.

Signup, registration, connecting to your tv, all experiences are very poor and need the hand of an experienced UI designer who can tell the devs what to do without argument. Otherwise you have to use this nonsense. Try again.

VIDAA locks up when I try to connect to my Hisense C1 projector. Both devices are connected to the same wlan. App won't recognize the c1 then just freezes up.

Maybe I’m crazy, but, I’ve been looking for like 45 mins on how to add any extra apps… and I can’t find anyway…

Works really well as far as connectivity, but if your phone locks you have to reconnect to it and it takes more time than the actual remote, would be a reasonable substitute if you lost the actual remote tho

If you get the tv you’re limited to what app come and are able to be downloaded. You can have Hulu or ESPN on it. It won’t let you.

I hate that I could be on VIDAA and it’s connected to my tv and I close it for like not even 10 seconds and it disconnects and I have to reconnect it i don’t get why it can’t just stay connected when im off VIDAA like the roku remote app does
