My domion energy app says I have currently used 830 kilowatt so far this month. My meter reads around 700. What gives. I have had the app about 6 weeks. Last month it was accurate. No matter what I do it shows that I use 35 kilowatts a day

I followed Dominion's instructions to a tee after receiving notice of the systems upgrade and it worked after a few attempts. Dominion confirmed with an email that my account was transferred and the changes were successful. However, it only worked once on my laptop. On the other hand, I do not experience this issue on my iPhone. I ONLY experience login issues on my laptop. I'm somewhat perplexed. I want to be able to access my account on my laptop. PS. I tried on different browsers, Edge and Chrome.
