Im a new user of Dominion, and I thought it would be nice to just look at my bill and make sure everything's on track, and what better way then with DominionEnergy ? I added my account, but every time i click on it, it only refreshes the page. I cant look at anything other than the account number. So I go online, and its doing the same thing! THEN I go to the contact us area and 1, it just took me to the home page and did nothing, and then 2, it says you have to call, and I cant call anytime soon. I mean, this is kind of ridiculous. What If I cant pay my bill? Needs to be fixed.

I really like the option where you can setup favorite locations to check on power outages. I setup the homes of my elderly mom and other family members. Texts work too, but my family doesn’t stay glued to their phones. The favorites is an easy way for a quick check whether to be concerned in the first place.

The submit password function is inop’
I cannot get past the login page as I cannot get DominionEnergy to allow me to submit. I tried logging in via the web on the dominion site. Same issue. I tried 2 different devices and still could not get in.
It’s not user error as not errors show. Triple checked ID and password. It’s definitely an issue with the webpage/app.
This makes the both completely useless.
If I could downgrade the rating to a 1/2 star I would. This is completely unacceptable.

I’ve tried several times and I can’t pay my bill. DominionEnergy locks up, finally times out, and gives me a proxy error message. This is ridiculous! I was fine paying it online through a browser. Which by the way, isn’t working now either. I signed in there, it showed the recapcha verification, then it locks up and shows a proxy error message too. These issues need to be fixed and soon!! So disappointing from a major utility company that claims to be so technologically advanced, what a crock!

I’m never able to view my statements payment method never works there’s Allways a issue at first I thought it was user error I work for a bank so I know it happens all the time however my expiration date on my card is 5/24 and no matter how it put in the date it’s somehow ALLWAYS wrong and has been for months I normally don’t write reviews because in all honesty most issues are a user error but this needs to be fixed my apps up to date so is my phone would love to see this fixed

I never really used the website much but saw they had an app so I downloaded it. It was surprisingly useful and intuitive! This makes it really easy to track and analyze your power usage, see bills, check for power outages, etc... highly recommend getting DominionEnergy!

I have received automated voicemails about scheduling service, so I tried the website, which does not work. I tried calling, but the wait times are way too long. Finally, I figured I would try DominionEnergy , still doesn’t work. Unrelated to DominionEnergy , but for Dominion in general, I have had paperless billing for years and never had an issue. Both January and February I did not receive a bill and ended up owing late fees. If I had any other options I would never use this company again.

I am fairly happy with DominionEnergy overall to report and monitor outages. However, I have two issues:
1). I cannot save locations on either my iPhone 12 when logged in to my account nor on my iPad logged in to my account.
2). My iPad does not show the actual outages on the map like my iPhone does. It just shows the map.

DominionEnergy logs me in by face recognition. It indicated that it recognized my face and then just started jumping back-and-forth between login and facial recognition. I have just deleted DominionEnergy and will reload it and try again. Update: I gave dominion a call and within a few minutes we had everything straightened out.

Have one house in Croatan Beach, one in Bay Island both have same phone number and zips. Only Croatan house is listed in app. Unable to find Bay Island area in app!

DomEnergy changed third party vendor for payment so I have to allow another company to have my bank and personal information -again. All other payment types have fees.
App does not cover this.
App does not tell you how to pay from your bank directly.
Also note calling is awful. 3 minutes of information I don’t want AND no choice to get to what I need.
Your phone can ONLY go with one account. Good luck if you have a business.

I have two accounts with Dominion. One gas account (formerly PSNC), and one electric account. Toggling between the two accounts is obscure and requires having to fully log out and back log in to the same app.

DominionEnergy is very slick— head and shoulders above apps that I have used with other utility companies. My favorite feature is the usage summary. It has all the meaningful cuts of usage statistics that you could ever ask for.

I downloaded this once then deleted it because it was too difficult signing up. I was going to download again because I want an app where I can pay for my gas and electric. It would be very convenient. But before I actually did the download, I read the responses from others and there are way too many things wrong with your app, all negative remarks.

Im not able to log in. Keeps saying wrong password, i literally changed my password a million times. Thought i was going crazy for a second lol

I dont mind using the browser to pay my bill... as long as i can do it online im good. I would prefer DominionEnergy but i know how technology is.

I’ve just started using gas and so far DominionEnergy has been very convenient. I’m enrolled on eBill so DominionEnergy is a great addition to online account management!

Thanks Dominiom for finally getting an app. My life is so much easier than going through the web browser. Whooohoo

I have been having issues with bill payment through my browser and app. Once it’s time to authorize my card payment the session automatically times out for whatever reason. Please fix ASAP!

I love the push notifications. DominionEnergy is a smooth and easy way to pay my bills and continue to simplify my life!

I have the hardest time paying my bill. It asks to enable Touch ID, I do. It never works. I have to re-login every single time. It’s a long task instead of a quick one. It’s faster for me to make lunch. It’s incredibly frustrating when all you want to do is pay the bill you owe.

Cant save login information and prompts to use face id.
