WorkCare provides Occupational Health Services. The WorkCare – WorkMatters app supports COVID-19 screening and risk stratification for our clients to use with their employees. The app guides employees through a series of questions to either clear the individual to go to work or stay home. If an individual is directed to stay home, WorkCare clinicians (may include nurse and physician counselling) contact the employee for further screening related to COVID-19 as required by their employer.

More convenient than the website
I spent half my time entering my credentials for the website every day. Now, I can simply open the app and get straight to taking the daily screening. As an added bonus, I pinned the app to my home screen, so now I am more likely to remember to take the screening before I leave my house instead of taking it in my car in the parking lot.

Very easy to use.

Does not work
As if it wasn’t frustrating enough that your employer requires you to submit to invasive health questions - this app will not work on my phone. It’s caught in an endless feedback loop, opening Face ID, scanning, logging me in, opening Face ID, scanning, logging me in, repeat, repeat, etc. I have to force close the app and go to the stupid website.
