Worst app ever.

I gave this stupid app one star because I had to. This is the worst app in WorkCareWorkMatters Store. Required by my company to go to work, I have spent countless hours watching the wheel spin only to realize it’s not going to load the page. ITS ALWAYS DOWN OR BROKE. Of course when it’s broke I have to go to work and go through a full on health screen by security. Thanks Workmatters for giving us a perfect piece of crap.

Worse app ever

WorkCareWorkMatters is required by my employer to use and it’s obvious that the company that made it does not care about functionality just bottom line. WorkCareWorkMatters never loads or literally takes forever. Even after several times. When you update WorkCareWorkMatters it’s broke. If this company actually cares they would get people on it.

Terrible app

It worked fine for few weeks. Then suddenly I can’t login after WorkCareWorkMatters said it’s gonna upgrade. It kept showing initializing WorkMatters, however, it took forever and I just can’t login. I tried to delete WorkCareWorkMatters and re-download it, won’t help at all...

The Bright Side…

My company requires their employees to use this service to for COVID screening. It is absolutely horrible. Looking on the bright side, however, if the quality of WorkCareWorkMatters and service is an indicator of the service cost, at least my company is getting this for VERY cheap. 😊

Does not work on iOS 15

WorkCareWorkMatters does on work with iOS 15.0. It just crashes and can’t even open it.

It has not worked on cell signal since April 2021. You can only complete an offline survey, which means your employer does not get notified that you completed it. So then you have to forward proof and it defeats the whole purpose of WorkCareWorkMatters .

It did work on WiFi until I upgraded to iOS 15.0 and now it is completely useless.

What a waste of time and money.

Terrible app

Deleted my previous review. Buggy, slow, logs you out, does not upload photos. A third grader with an etch a sketch could write a better app. Avoid using of you can.

Works fine for me

Not the easiest app to use but works ok. No issues I could not figure out.

App doesn’t work

App literally never works
Never loads
Never logs me in
The UI is horrible
When you take the daily assessment, the pop up dialog is never centered horizontally or vertically, just lazy coding.

This app is trash

Do they even attempt to use it before they release an update?

Would rather use a web site

Wish list: improve the startup and login experience. Please make WorkCareWorkMatters faster and easier to use.
WorkCareWorkMatters keeps logging me out. The steps to re-login, entering user name and complicated password are tedious and slow. Since we’re using face covering all the time now, FaceID won’t work. But even if WorkCareWorkMatters properly integrated with the phone’s built-in keychain management system and/or TouchID/FaceID for authentication, WorkCareWorkMatters still seems like it would load slowly.
It feels like WorkCareWorkMatters is not a significant improvement over a web page. The barrier to entry and execution of the self-evaluation is far from frictionless. The activity to be performed should be as quick, efficient, and simple as possible. But WorkCareWorkMatters makes things more complicated than the web-based version, which would at least remember my account login information and not require me to log in every few hours when the information is required.

Absolutely terrible

I use this daily due to a mandatory measure from my employer. It will completely sign you out at random times especially when your phone changes from cellular to WiFi. There is no remember me option. No quick sign in option. The questionnaire doesn’t ask the correct questions to verify if you’ve got COVID or you stubbed your toe. The only question it should be asking is if you “think” you might have the novel virus. The secondary screening is even more of a joke and when a HR person calls you they literally ask the same questions and then tell you it’s up to you and your manager if you should stay home. The very existence of this questionnaire is an invasion of privacy and violation of human rights. Yet if we at this company want to keep our jobs we are required to do it.

Terrible Implementation of a simple process

WorkCareWorkMatters is plagued with issues. It’s very frustrating to use because you never know if it’s going to work from one day to the next. It has login issues almost weekly, and it makes what should be a simple daily 1 minute survey a constant annoyance. It randomly seems to stop allowing faceid, and needs to be completely reset when this happens. It has to be re-logged into immediately after WorkCareWorkMatters is minimized or the phone gets locked. Also, my login, which I know for a fact is correct, stops working for no apparent reason at times.

Poor user interface

Times out way too quickly. Take the survey before heading into work and by the time you get there you have to sign back in again.

At each new screen it leaves you where you were on the last screen so if you needed to scroll down before you need to scroll back up on the next screen to see if there was anything above what you are looking at instead of resetting the view.

No thought was given to how people would actually use this. Looks like a cheap “rush job”.

More convenient than the website

I spent half my time entering my credentials for the website every day. Now, I can simply open WorkCareWorkMatters and get straight to taking the daily screening.

As an added bonus, I pinned WorkCareWorkMatters to my home screen, so now I am more likely to remember to take the screening before I leave my house instead of taking it in my car in the parking lot.

Making things worse

Can I give zero stars? App is buggy, makes the check in process even longer than just going to the website, requires you to log in every session instead of leaving WorkCareWorkMatters logged in, text is small and the buttons are difficult to tap. It’s just rubbish. The only reason you’d ever be caught with WorkCareWorkMatters on your phone is because you’re required to - so congrats to WorkCareWorkMatters developers for the mandated downloads of your trash app.

Don’t

If you’re thinking about using this as a solution for your workforce—don’t. WorkCareWorkMatters won’t keep you signed in; if you make a typo, the error message stays on the screen for far too long, preventing signing in again. The text and buttons are too small. This whole operation is amateur—numerous typos on the security questions, inconsistent and poor UI. These factors all add up to it being actually dangerous, given how many will pre-screen while driving to work.

Cannot even take the test anymore

Two days into using WorkCareWorkMatters and it doesn’t even give me the option to take the test anymore. Also on the second day, I clicked through all the options as I don’t have symptoms, haven’t had Covid, etc. and it told me I was low risk and I should stay home. Luckily my work allows us to fill out a paper form instead so I was able to come in.

Does not work

As if it wasn’t frustrating enough that your employer requires you to submit to invasive health questions - WorkCareWorkMatters will not work on my phone. It’s caught in an endless feedback loop, opening Face ID, scanning, logging me in, opening Face ID, scanning, logging me in, repeat, repeat, etc. I have to force close WorkCareWorkMatters and go to the stupid website.

Allows you to only use it once!

Fix the buuuuug, please!!!! It allows you to only use it once, and then it crashes. You have to delete and download it again.
