My app is not connecting to my grill its the 850. And I'm not able to control my grill. It says I'm connected but I can't anything to work.

Smoke It app says that the smoker is off, but it is not.
App keeps telling me the grill is off, have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, clearing cache, nothing works, app is garbage.

App stopped working. I deleted the App and reloaded it. When I open the App and choose the type of smoker”pit boss” and choose next, there is only sales info and no way to move past that page.
Will continuously spin saying trying to connect and never will. Or when it does connect says my grill is off when in fact it is on.

I have not been able to connect up to my Pit Boss Competition pellet grill since I purchased it last weekend. I have an account and it says it will find my device and choose it from the list and it just sits there and spins and never brings up a grill to connect to. I have restarted the grill and my phone and app several times and even have reinstalled the app. Very frustrating as the very reason I purchased this grill is because you could connect up and control and check on it by using the app. Not sure why I paid the extra money for that feature now as I can not use that feature.

Cannot get it to connect with Alexa in Canada as the skill is not registered in Amazon Canada. Hoping T2FI will export the skill for a product advertised and sold in Canada.
