It works in conjunction with the touchscreen and two color-coded temperature probes on the Bradley Smart Smoker™. A temperature graph tells you exactly what’s happening inside the smoker, and charts the changes of the temperature probes. Get cooking with BradleyiSmoke and then monitor your progress while you’re creating other dishes in the kitchen, or relaxing on your couch. Temperature alerts can be set with standard levels for a variety of meat and fish, or you can choose your own temperature alert level.
