Can't login to my account anymore. All ID verifications fail and support is clueless on to why or how to help. Managed to login after 2 weeks (by random tries and reset combinations) in 1 Android device and support never got back to me. Took all my money out. Absolutely zero trust in this after the abismal show of incompetence. And yes I've called support too many times.

Tried multiple times but it’s keep asking me to submit my passport & Selfie again and again, so for me only way is to uninstall ChaseUK and move on

Suggestion:
Kindly hire some good technology company for iD verifications

Got my account frozen been 1 weeks.

They will leave you without money for rent and food for months if they want be carful

If you’re going to keep me in your “waiting room” for months, I’ll find another, more user-friendly bank!

The bank does not have functionality to send pence. No decimal points. Only amounts rounded by pounds. Support is helpless, I got their email response which is again not helpful. Shame.

And then you have to spend an age on the phone to a call centre somewhere where agents seem to follow and extremely long winded script. It can take 30 minutes to release a payment- *not* including hold time.

This makes chase effectively unusable as a bank…

By far the worst of any bank I’ve used.

Please learn from NatWest/Royal Bank and implement biometrics

Will be putting one star as carnt put zero ChaseUK has faulse information they tell u they want to help u with any bank problems I have waited over two weeks to get my refund as the promised to find out they not giving it me so had to report it and take it into my own

Chase UK does not allow Joint Account Holder, Authorized User or Beneficiary. So your money if you are in hospital or dead then no way your loved ones can access your money unless they spend money on lawyers and courts. Seems that basic features available at all other banks is something Chase thought is not needed. Also they can decline your money transfer out if Chase on basis of security, so any scheduled payments out of the account can be declined this means you risk leaving your money in Chase account as your family may not be able to access your money in case you are dead or in hospital. Seems like a pretty big items chase has missed here. Cannot access bank account from the web browser. Only way to access your account is via ChaseUK and cannot install and log into app on multiple device. Apart from that great interest rate.

Terrible. Too much promotional material at bottom of savings page.

It is much better to see on first screen total money held in all accounts.

It is disjointed and a bit messy appears to be moving away from a friendly easy to use app to a dystopian tech nightmare.

Access to ChaseUK and my account has been locked whilst abroad. The only option given is to call a uk phone number, which I cannot do with my phone contract. I keep sending emails but no-one responds. Terrible service.

Great cash back card. Love the details on ChaseUK . Would really like it if they extended the cash back to forever instead of a year. If they don’t extend it, I’ll likely find another offer somewhere else. Also wish they offer joint accounts.

Aside that its a good and easy to use app.

I have had my chase bank account now for nearly a month and so far I have nothing but praise for its seamless ease of use. I have also been very impressed with the customer service agents who have assisted me during the settling in period. They are informed and extremely helpful! I highly recommend!

It’ll be more helpful if you can update a feature that we can add receipts photo under every transaction. Hope u can update it soon!

Like many people now I’ve no need to ever visit a branch. I’d rather they devote the cost of this into rewards and higher interest rates like chase are doing.

Banking made rewardingly seamless. After trying a few banking Apps and deleting them for lack of utility, I finally found Chase checking all the critical boxes needed to fulfill all my banking needs.

You are neither worried about spending because you know the Cash back hit you covered neither are you perturbed about saving because you are eased into that culture as well as notified of profitable investments for your considered view.

With each update they kept their adopters excited and the debit card is sooo classy in design and packaging.
