My watch keeps freezing. If I press the watch, sometimes it won't come on. And sometimes, if I am looking at something on the watch, it will freeze up. An the face will often change to another face.

My Itech Duo Analog watch software works fine but the analog portion of the watch stopped. It as if it needs a battery change. I can not find any reference in the manual to changing the analog battery or getting the analog clock to engage.

How to fix iTech Fusion app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the iTech Fusion app on iPhone
Update iTech Fusion app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall iTech Fusion iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix iTech Fusion on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve iTech Fusion network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

iTech Fusion Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix iTech Fusion not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the iTech Fusion App
1. On android, goto Settings » iTech Fusion » click [Force Stop]

Update iTech Fusion to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear iTech Fusion App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » iTech Fusion » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart iTech Fusion.

Fix iTech Fusion unable to contact server/ iTech Fusion internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click iTech Fusion » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto iTech Fusion » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch iTech Fusion
