I have the itech fusion s and it will not charge at all. I have had it in the charger for an hour and it still has not turned on

I got my watch in December of 2021 and yesterday it got hot and started to burn my arm and then it cut off.
My watch is showing time 2 hours ahead also its not connecting to my phone
I have bought too of these watches and both times the front face has split off from the battery part and is not fixable
It is a nice watch but it is not noting the numerous times I wake up each night. I have worn it to best three nights in a row & it reports excellent sleep. I can see how it would & I should feel like a million bucks in the morning but I don't. Why isn't it reading when I wake up? Especially when I'm up & moving around to use the bathroom, etc?
Esteemed, I bought your watch and worked perfectly. I even met one of the owners at Starbucks in Aventura, Florida at the turnbery - Marriott place. He asked me how the watch was doing and I said great. However, a few days ago the watch stopped working just like that. I lost the receipt from Walmart and I really would like if possible a replacement because this watch is actually very good. Watch will not connect to any phone, I sent the first watch i purchased back to walmart. I received the new watch and its the same thing it will not connect in the app but it connects through Bluetooth.
Itech Fusion will no longer connect to weather. Says please pair. I AM PAIRED!!
Having problems with weather and my city isn't coming up. I have been calling since sunday only yo be told associates are busy and wait times 3-6 minutes only to leave a message and never get a call. I think this needs to be reported to FTC and BBB to investigate.

All it turns off and takes ten minus to come on when you tap doesn't show calls coming in or the message i have to relink my phone sometimes four times a month plus takes over 12 hours to charge not Happy at all want the money Back plus it not right for the steps it says total Miss leading i dud better with my other one yours not good Want refund back . I got the itech watch for christmas and notice the steps are WAY OFF. Bit i kspt thinking maybe it was just me but till today i notice when i got to the gym i was at 4,000 and something almost 5,000 steps and i got on the tradmill that it said i completed my steps so it jumped in 10 mins 3 ,000 more steps which IS IMPOSSIBLE love the watch but i want a better one that will count my steps

I got this watch all excited and used it for a total of 5 days. However, today I get home from home and touch screen will not work. I can not swipe to look at my steps, my heart rate, or my messages.. just says on the clock... highly upset. I hope I hear back from company for reimbursement.

Save yourself some valuable money, stress & irritation for sure!!
From my personal experience I wouldn’t recommend this watch at all, and here is why... 1st of all when I bought this watch I was able to connect it to my i-phone with no much trouble. But I never got messages or calls on the watch, very randomly it would show me a call once in a blue moon. Messages will mostly get in the watch later on, not at the time I got them and very randomly as well, this was the first anoying thing about it.
Then after using it for a couple of months the watch got disconnected from my phone and I was not able to match them at all anymore, I charged it fully three times and turn it off, reset it as well to see if that would fix the problem but nothing. I even deleted the app and download it again to see if that helped and nothing still >:(
Lastly charging the watch was the most anoying part of all, if you own one of this you’ll know what I mean. It had to be put in a certaing way to be able to charge, if it moved for a lil bit it will stop charging at all; and the cable is ridicusly small, prolly 1/4 of a ft for real!
The only two things I liked about it while it worked for two months was the alarms and that i told me how many steps I walked through the day.

I went from Pixel to iphone and now it won’t connect to bluetooth or check for firmware updates. The watch is less than 6 months old and was a replacement for the S version ( this is an R). This app has none of the advertised “goodies” like it did on the Pixel but iphone is what I was required to use. It is not only disappointing but stupid that all other things are equal (internet etc) and simply changing phones destroyed its use. Especially with the phone being the latest and greatest and not my several year old phone.
This is the “old” app used with the previous watch, but it “updated “ on the Pixel with the new watch. You can forget support too. I recommend nobody buy this brand of watch to save a few bucks because it is totally unreliable. Or the apps they use.

The notifications from my iPhone are synchronized perfectly well, EXCEPT with my iPhone Health app. I double checked on my app settings that my health app was synchronized to this app as I checked this app to assure that it was conned to my health app. I even made sure that my iPhone was not on low-battery mode to see if that was why the information from my iPhone’s Health app was not synchronizing with my iTech Fusion app. Since I had forgotten to wear my watch today and it remained turned off in my room as I left the house to do some errands, I carried around my iPhone with me and my health app has informed me that I walked a total of 2,127 steps (&counting), yet as I have been wearing my watch for about an hour now, and have refreshed my iTech Fusion app many times, my iTech Fusion app & watch both have yet to synchronize with my Health app. This means that my real total number of steps are not being reflected by my watch. I just bought this watch two days ago, and didn’t have this problem. Also, I did make sure to have updated the iTech Fusion app as soon as I unwrapped the watch from its package and downloaded the app. I will probably just return it tomorrow if it doesn’t synchronize ASAP.
