Booked a date/flight by SA for next March '24. Chosen seat is 'pending' and to pay you are told to click on "continue', when clicking on 'continue' u cannot proceed. This is on the airlines own website

The app opens but won't load my trip details. A pop up message says there's a technical issue. I've been seeing that message for several days!
IOS apps has not been working properly for days. Tried uninstalling and reinstall still doesn’t work. When try to log in, kept saying Invalid login details. But when log in online using same Krisflyer number and password, no issues at all. Can’t even search flights on the Singapore airlines apps. Is the apps down?
Reading comments from 2018 about Singapore air seat selection crashing and its still happening. if they can't maintain their site, what does that say about their planes??
I've been trying for 2 days to book my flights from BNE - CDG and it crashes every time! So frustrating and now i see the price of the flights I want has gone up. So disappointing.
I downloaded the app and register with the ‘Krisflyer’ membership, was trying to book, i selected my prefered dates, but then it doesnt lead me to the check out page, or pay my booking request. strange! but my friend in SG and PH, they can.
