While checking out and paying on your app or online, it intermittently but mostly says there was a problem and won't process the order. I have tried several payment methods and it doesn't make a difference.

the app doesn’t work. we go through the whole process and put in our cvv and then it gives us an error red box and tells us to try again later

I downloaded the app so I could use curbside delivery rather than go to the window or inside because I have two dogs that ride with me. I placed my order and I got instructions to tell them "I'm here" when I arrived at the curbside delivery space. I could not find ANYTHING on any page or screen that allowed me to do so. When I got the message that my order was ready, I had to leave my dogs in 95 degree heat to pick up my order at the window. When I did, I asked the Shake Shack employee who helped me how I was supposed to indicate "I'm here" on the app. She couldn't find it either. I didn't want to wait around to get an answer so I took my order quickly back to the car and left. I'm annoyed, because I couldn't even leave my car running and lock the door because my car has motion detector which sets off the alarm to keep from leaving children in the car. Unacceptable.
