Hello I cannot get international eahc. Only domestic. I am Spanish and today we are staying in Singapore till Te 28h Agost when we get the airplain to Bali. Could you informe me how can get it. Regards
We can not choose the international tab it does not work???
I have downloaded the app and am trying to create an e-HAC but can't select International, only allowing Domestic to be chosen
When i finnish my e-HAC health declaration and try to submit error EC000 ocurres. What is the problem?
I am using IPhone and the further I can go is to accept Terms, The app would not let me accept terms because so I can't not move the next screen.

eHAC Indonesia is an electronic form declaration for travellers both International (overseas) and Domestic travellers in border points of Indonesia (airport and harbour) and inter-province transit point of Indonesia (train station and bus terminal). This electronic form declaration is mandatory based on compliance with the Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation - Ministry of Health No. SR. 03. 04 / II / 5825/2020 which is also already implemented to all airlines in Indonesia.
