My partner and I are scheduled to depart the United States tomorrow bound for Indonesia. We've been trying multiple times over the last few days to download and activate the E-Hac via the Peduli App. Every time we input the information (we have double and triple checked that it is the correct info), we receive and error code "ES404 phone code tidak detemukan Error when trying to submit data, please try again". We've tried singing up via web browser, deleting and reloading the App, using multiple different devices... nothing works. How are we suppose to comply with the required regulations when the app is not functioning properly? What can we do? Please help as we cannot afford to miss our flight! Thanks! Matt

App will not load and as well get error message on the website given in addition to the app in United States
I downloaded the app through a WiFi connection and it works. But if I try using the app through the national network of which I am a paid member the app will not open or connect. I live in the Netherlands and the national network is called T-mobile. Please help me with this problem. I am flying to Indonesia soon.
