2 years agoMy partner and I are scheduled to depart the United States tomorrow bound for Indonesia. We've been trying multiple times over the last few days to download and activate the E-Hac via the Peduli App. Every time we input the information (we have double and triple checked that it is the correct info), we receive and error code "ES404 phone code tidak detemukan Error when trying to submit data, please try again". We've tried singing up via web browser, deleting and reloading the App, using multiple different devices... nothing works. How are we suppose to comply with the required regulations when the app is not functioning properly? What can we do? Please help as we cannot afford to miss our flight! Thanks! Matt

2 years agoI downloaded the app through a WiFi connection and it works. But if I try using the app through the national network of which I am a paid member the app will not open or connect. I live in the Netherlands and the national network is called T-mobile. Please help me with this problem. I am flying to Indonesia soon.

2 years agoI filled in the form 7 times with all information, and hen I press submit : the app crashes and nothing. When I open again all my informations are gone. How do I do please 🙏🏻
