I have a problem with SafeWA

User reports:
No current problems

- Scanning takes too long, at least one second, which is not efficient.

- The app crashes when there is no internet connection.

- Users are required to re-login every time they open the app, which defeats the purpose of a quick check-in.

- A recent update has caused login issues, preventing users from accessing the app.

To resolve SafeWA network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the SafeWA App
1. On android, goto Settings » SafeWA » click [Force Stop]

Clear SafeWA App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SafeWA » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SafeWA.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SafeWA » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SafeWA » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
