eHAC Indonesia is an electronic form declaration for travellers both International (overseas) and Domestic travellers in border points of Indonesia (airport and harbour) and inter-province transit point of Indonesia (train station and bus terminal).
This electronic form declaration is mandatory based on compliance with the Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation - Ministry of Health No.

eHAC Indonesia is an electronic form declaration for travellers both International (overseas) and Domestic travellers in border points of Indonesia (airport and harbour) and inter-province transit point of Indonesia (train station and bus terminal). This electronic form declaration is mandatory based on compliance with the Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation - Ministry of Health No. SR.03.04 / II / 5825/2020 which is also already implemented to all airlines in Indonesia. If the user unable to install it they must either write the HAC form manually assisted by the officer or fill out the eHAC form by web using any their own device (if possible) or provided laptop at those places with URL https://inahac.kemkes.go.id.

App Keeps Crashing
I am very frustrated. The app keeps crashing when I press submit for my EHAC. It closes the app! I have tried filling in my information 3 times, and every time the app crashes. Please fix this right away. How are people supposed to be compliant with the appropriate documentation if it doesn't work!?

Horrible APP
Crashes every time i try to submit my form. Tried re-downloading, turning my device on and off, and trying different input methods for my information and still nothing works on this piece of garbage!!!

Worst app ever!
This app always crashed. Would not save data. Useless and worthless. If the government is going to require this then at least make sure it WORKS!
