There is often a significant delay in the app working at my destination. It will initially fail, saying to see the station manager, but eventually succeed after multiple attempts over several minutes.
Every time I turn on my screen (android) the app turns on even though I had turned it off. The app always activates each time I turn on my screen. Please fix.

My wife’s smartrip doesn’t work directly from either wallet or app or her iphone se. When she opens either one it asks for touch id and when that fails sometimes asks for signin code. Then it will work. She’s used it a number of times, but it’s frustrating that it requires these extra steps and isn’t 100% reliable.
