Veryfit app keeps closing after trying to open it

Weight management feature doesn't work and just takes me to a black screen.

I have a new Fitbit and when setting it up on my phone with the very fit app, I accidentally misspelled my email. The app is asking me to verify the account with a code sent to my email. The app will not let me update my email in the profile section, it is greyed out. Thanks for your help, Sally E

I got a new phone, when I transferred my veryfit to the new phone, I am getting a turn on system notification. I have allowed everything for this app and cannot get to the information on my phone. I can't get rid of the turn-on system notification screen. What do I need to do to use the app?

Good Evening! I am having a lot of issues with this app. 1) Historical sync always stops at 98% 2) I had a problem in the past when I was on my last plan day suddenly the plan disappeared. I was very disappointed with this one. 3) I am trying to create a new plan...when I click "Iniciar Plan"...nothing happens. I tried to reinstall the app again, cleaning caches...everything. Some of the last updates broke the app and now it is unusable. Regards! Miguel

Can’t login

Keeps asking me to enable Bluetooth permission and then sends me pack to app info option. The only option that does anything is to uninstall the app, will not let me into veryfit app.

I made a mistake in my first comment ,lest do again 1= TOTALLY remove very fit app from your phone 2= find on your phone RESET 3= download VERY FIT app on your phone again 4= ready to bind again if you end up in the future with the same problems DO AGAIN

I resolved my problem ( could not connect watch and phone ) try this 1-- TOTALLY remove very fit app from your phone , 2-- look in your watch RESET click reset , and you are ready to bind your watch and phone again et VOILA enjoy

I have made a spelling mistake on my email account. I want to correct it. It won't allow me to amend it to the correct email address. As it say email add, already exist....but it its correct Thank you

When I open the app, it goes no where but personal information. No way to get to settings.

All the above issues I've experienced all of them several times. Unstall doesn't work, reboot phone and watch doesn't work. I've have given up on app and watch.

I'm trying to sync my watch to my Android Samsung phone. When I log in, the app says Account does not exist. Everything is correct on my screen. How do I get this fixed? Thank you Reba Hilton Cornwell

can't set alarm, keeps reverting back to old setting. App keeps losing connection to watch. Have un installed both watch and app from my phone twice. Still not working

It says my account doesn’t exist and when I try to log in with a code it says the code is expired. I have already tried restarting my phone and redownloading the app. It worked ok for two days but is not functional now

Two months of data has just disappeared.

codes to verify email do not work

It sends me a code to verify my account but when I type it in it says it’s the wrong code

Same email as used here. I tried numerous times to login but it keeps telling me login expired, try again. I don’t know why it keeps having that issue, sometimes it does show networking issues. I deleted the app and reinstalled twice but error still persist, and it’s only when I try to login.

App can't verify the firmware and will not register my device. Unusable christmas present.

The app can not find my watch. I can make calls but I can not register on app because it won't or cant find watch I have reset all my settings and un installed etc Please advise

Hello, every time I click on watch faces or try to log into Amazon and it just continually loads. I might return the watch if I can't pick a watch face I like
