Dragonpass will not accept my card details - it says 'ingenio epayment have reported an issue' and I have tried multiple cards.

We have been traveling and wanted to use DragonPass to enter a lounge in U.K. We were denied access, although we were able to use our passes in Toronto. Every time we travel we have problems with DP. Very very dissatisfied with your App, since we are constantly having problems with it. Will consider cancelling my World Elite Master Card! when I try to join, it keeps asking for a four digit access code???
