Common dislikes about Altro app
- There may be a little wait as this app is probably blowing up right now and they’re allowing different cohorts in every day.
- I don’t understand why we are on cohort 11, I have had the app for over 3 months and I have been waiting for cohort 11 for about 2 months.
- I have been trying to make a payment on the credit card that is used to report my subscriptions through the app for over a week now and it doesn’t work.
- The only response I received was to switch my subscriptions back to my regular card until they fixed the system.
- My due date for my payment has passed and I still can’t make a payment.
- Tried to follow up on the status of the fix and haven’t received a refund.
- This entire process has not been what was initially described when this was rolled out.
