I’ve had the app for over 6 months now, I haven’t seen any credit reporting on my rental payments at all. I have been trying to make a payment on the credit card that is used to report my subscriptions through the app for over a week now and it doesn’t work. The only response I received was to switch my subscriptions back to my regular card until they fixed the system. My due date for my payment has passed and I still can’t make a payment. Tried to follow up on the status of the fix and haven’t received a refund. This entire process has not been what was initially described when this was rolled out. Update: Still haven’t been able to make a payment for my subscriptions, rental reporting completely stopped as soon as it started. Every time I contact support they say they are working on the glitch, it’s been months since I first contacted them and it’s still not fixed. Can’t link my bank account anymore. I’m trying to pay my balance but can’t. This is ridiculous.

I have been having problems with perch for weeks with no solutions. First my bank account unlinked, then my account reporting my rent automatically closed on my credit report reducing my credit age and dropping my score haven’t been able to make any payments now here my balance is $60 on my subscriptions card and it’s prompting me to get a whole new card which I can’t to bc I still can’t link my bank account and I still owe a balance that I can’t pay ! Customer support has been no help either not responding for week or when they do respond they are all “having their team look into it” all the while my credit scores are at risk of dropping more and more bc it’s going to look as if I’m missing payments !! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! Not to mention all my subscriptions are on this one card that I will have to change now ! This is not good credit is serious and perch is just playing with people credit with no answers or updates

Waited for Weeks to be allowed to sign up. Once I did, it asked me for so my info. Started using the app, but the credit report feature wasn’t working yet. The feature for checking your bank to use subscriptions for credit reporting wasn’t available in my state yet. So I basically waiting for nothing. I can’t use the service or the app. The text in the UI had some issues with spacing and size. I was starting to get a little concerned of this was legit after putting in personal and financial info. I feel like I’m testing the software/service instead of actually using it, but I can’t even do that yet. I’m might delete my account for now until the service has more time to roll out and develop itself and not have a testing phase and see if it’s worth it.
