Helloo! So I've been having a problem for the past 2 days or so, Whenever I try to load up E-Pal on my computer, it just stays loading forever. I try refreshing, didn't work. I tried restarting, didn't work. I shut down my whole pc and tried then but still didn't work. I also looking up online for any help, and I only found one solution which was to log out and which I tried and I couldn't click on anything therefore it didn't work. So I started to think that maybe the servers are down or some type of maintenance issue, well I was wrong, here's where I get confused. When I go to the E-Pal app on my phone, it works perfectly fine!! Is something wrong with my computer? If so is there absolutely anything I can do to fix this issue??
When I tried to go on the app it had logged me off and when I try to sign back in I got an app version error.
Hi so i’ve been having trouble binding my phone number to the app. I’ve also tried different numbers even from a different country but it’s still not working. I have been in contact with the customer service for the last 24 hours but they still haven’t helped me! I’m currently at the risk of losing 24 clients. Please help me get this issue resolved asap :(
