My starters keep getting deleted. Is this some sort of bug, when there’s no clear explicitly violent content or vulgar language.

For my first account all of a sudden everything stopped working and turned white. I was no longer able to access any chats/feeds/ etc. I created a new account and while I’m able to load feeds now/heart stories I am not able to send out starters. Everytime I type a starter and send it automatically deletes and says I have no new starters. I’ve emailed Rook asking for help on the matter and I’ve not received a response. I’ve also tried deleting and reinstalling the app/refreshing things and it’s still not working.

everytime i post, my starters almost instantly get deleted. i dont know why. im not posting anything bad. one thing was me just asking why they were getting deleted and it was gone in minutes!

When I sent my last message, the whole app suddenly just broke down. Nothing was working, the chats wouldn’t load, profile wouldn’t load, etc.

For some reason my bio on my profile disappears, my followers and the people iv followed disappear off and on as well as chats wont go through.. i have an iphone.. with 5 LG / and good wifi so its not my internet connection i would like it to be fixed especially if im paying for the extras a month..
