It opens up but wont do anything cant play or text people

messages to my friends on Plato aren't getting sent and i am not getting the reply from them hope you fix this issuue

The plato app works and so do the games except for the bowling game. It keeps saying it couldn't finish loading. It's been doing this for 3 days and I've re-downloaded the app, force stopped and signed out but it the bowling game is still the only one that will not work.

I’m having trouble accessing social launch on Plato. Whenever I try to enter the platform, I receive a message that I need to wait for one minute. I’ve tried clearing my browser’s cache and cookies and accessing the platform using a different browser and device, but the issue persists. Can you please help me resolve this issue? When I tap on the Plato App icon it doesn’t open. I tried restarting the phone and the problem persists. Any idea? Thanks

the app keeps crashing 2 secs after i opened the the app. im afraid to reinstall it, because im not sure if my data were backed up or not.

I downloaded plato for desktop but it crashes all the time. help? i have windows 10 home

I removed and reinstall plato app, It recovered my plato ID and works fine but I don’t bave notifictaion functioning even I checked my iphone notificatioan enabled . How it can be fixed and is there anyone have this expreince? I’ve choos the Alow notification when inatall the app

I did the last update and now i can’t message on games without it glitching and pauses often . If I delete the app and reinstall it will it fix the issue ? I don’t want to lose anything by deleting to go back and see it hasn’t helped matters

My plato doesn't working at all. When I click lets play,it just loading for the whole day

When i open the app and click let's play it just keep loading and doesn't do anything and when i clear it and open again all it shows is a black screen. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my phone, clearing my chache etc. But it just doesn't work.

When I open the app it says there is no connection even tho I have WiFi. When I click on play nothing happens and at the moment I can’t play anything or do anything in general

Everytime I open the game, the "lets play" portion keeps on loading. I tried re installing it again but still the same situation.

My plato isn't working. when i press the let's play. It took long and cannot open until now.

I get to the let's play button, and then press it. And it just sits there with the loading circle and doesn't ever do anything else!
