eSound Status

Hi, I'm having a problem with the app, as when my screen turns off the music stops but it says on my screen that its still playing. I've checked my earphones and my volume controls so the app is definitely the issue. If you could tell me how to fix this problem it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Hello. For the past 2 days whenever I open esound, it loads but when I click to play a song there is no audio. Also it shows a black screen where the image is supposed to be and a message is there saying "the following content is not available on this app" i thought it was only for one song so i tried several, but every single song on the app wont play.

Hello, the eSound app keeps crashing for me, like when i open the app it keeps closing..this happened right after when i unistalled and reinstalled it, because most of the music didnt work.

None of musics download works appears code WC015… what that means?????

Subject: Issues regarding the downloading of songs Dear Sir/Madam, Quite frankly, I never would have imagined that I would be reporting this issue—especially because it was something I had not anticipated. This issue recently came to light, and despite my best efforts to identify the cause, I regret to inform you that I was unable to do so. My attempts to download songs have always been met with an error stating that the song has not yet been added to the database. I have also attempted on several different devices, but to no avail. I can’t download songs and it keeps showing the song is not available. It is happening to every songs!

I have been using Esound since late December last year and it hasn't given me any problem however updating the app isn't allowing me to listen to my playlist offline. Many of my friends already liked the app as it differed from Spotify as you listen to your songs offline. Now they are all questioning why it isn't working offline and so am I. I literally have all my favourites songs embedded in playlist and I would find it very sad to lose them all.

When I open the app after a few seconds it closes the app completely and I tried everything to reinstall a few times even Reseting my phone and still doesn't work

With the new version , I cannot download songs. Did something change?

Every time I try to click stop it’s not working and it shows me the thing / song behind it

I downloaded audio songs and saved them offline which I play regularly. But these days most the songs just greyed out and I can’t play them. Is there something I should do to make the songs live again?

I have downloaded the songs, and they are in my saved playlist. But even then I can’t listen to them offline! I have saved AND downloaded them and when I shut my Wifi down, they wont play. I am 100% sure that I downloaded them but eSound just doesn’t want me to listen to music offline. What a shame!

Hello, I have a long playlist When trying to add songs to the very bottom of a new playlist I can’t access to save songs on the new list. Any ideas. Thanks

I recently went from an android to an iPhone, and I can listen to my songs offline I don't now wat to do if you guys can help me figure out how to or if you guys can add it to esound that would be great.

(COMPUTER) When I close the App in the middle of an ad and I try to open it again, it doesn't load! It even opens, but the screen goes black and no matter how long I wait, it won't load!

Hello,i re-download the app 4-5 times and my songs keep un stalling and I don’t like the way it plays YouTube and I want the one to press the song and play it offline my Wi-Fi is working perfectly and my 4g please fix it !

Hello, I’ve been using eSound ever since I came to Canada, and that’s about 7 years, waw.. I had my good days with eSound, but why is it crashing now? I updated my phone and restart it and it still crashes :s please let me know. Sincerely Didi.

I’ve used this app for over a year and I had no issues with it until today. It randomly exits the app in the middle of the song. I restarted my phone but the problem hasn’t been fixed.

Ably to play song but unable to add into playlist . Since morning it says server is down .

When i want to add one music on my playlist or delete one music from my playlist it does'nt work and it let a message with the error wc080, and it changed the artists' names of the musics leaving a mess!

hey my esound isnt working, it lets me log in but after that i get a grey schreen and tells me something went wrong. this has happened many times on 2 of my devices

I have had the app for a few years and recently had an update on my phone. Now every time I try and open the app it crashes completely, yet I have it on my iPad and the app works perfectly fine on there.

The app doesn’t open. It just stay some seconds on the primary screen, and then is closed.

Hello, my problem is that, when I've conected to new wifi in diferent country all my downloaded song were unavailable in offline mode. But size of app is still 7gb-(meaning songs are still there) Thanks for help.
