does not play any songs from youtube and says track not found or creator deleted it, but it wasn't aaaall

The app (in Android) won't load any song at all, whether it's from Youtube or the albums

on my computer, i try to play ms+usic on esound but it keeps saying song not available

When you enter the application, it crashes in 2 seconds. But if you turn off Wi-Fi, everything will work, but you can't search for songs

Hey! When I try to open eSound app, the logo only appears on the screen, but then it switches to a black screen and it doesn't load. I tried to delete the app, install it again, try the website app, but nothing do. Do you have an idea how I can manage to make the app work again?

когда я ищу музыку в поиске, и нажимаю чтобы прослушать найденный песни, постоянно выдает ошибку что песня не доступна. еще почему то последнее время я не могу добавить песню в очередь смахнув ее вправо, раньше такая функция работала

Whenever I want to listen to some music on my Laptop, it just simply tells me "the track is not available, try to re-download it. [WC015]", But when I use the app on my phone it works perfectly fine. And when I tried to search on how to fix this issue I didn't find any videos. So please I really need help because I love listening to music on Esound.

When i click the app esound it keeps backing me out of the app.

The app closes whenever I attempt to open it while being connected to the internet, or it crashes when I'm playing music and then connect. Hence it's almost impossible to listen to music and completely impossible to download or listen to new songs

App keeps crashing and it doesn't open

Hello, whenever I connected my loudspeaker to my device and start playing music from eSound after a few seconds of playing the music the audio suddenly stops going through. The loudspeaker works without any issues when playing music from different apps or the explorer as well so I suppose it is some issue with eSound? Hi, I'm having a problem with the app, as when my screen turns off the music stops but it says on my screen that its still playing. I've checked my earphones and my volume controls so the app is definitely the issue. If you could tell me how to fix this problem it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Hello. For the past 2 days whenever I open esound, it loads but when I click to play a song there is no audio. Also it shows a black screen where the image is supposed to be and a message is there saying "the following content is not available on this app" i thought it was only for one song so i tried several, but every single song on the app wont play.

Hello, the eSound app keeps crashing for me, like when i open the app it keeps closing..this happened right after when i unistalled and reinstalled it, because most of the music didnt work.

I have been using Esound since late December last year and it hasn't given me any problem however updating the app isn't allowing me to listen to my playlist offline. Many of my friends already liked the app as it differed from Spotify as you listen to your songs offline. Now they are all questioning why it isn't working offline and so am I. I literally have all my favourites songs embedded in playlist and I would find it very sad to lose them all.

Every time I try to click stop it’s not working and it shows me the thing / song behind it

I downloaded audio songs and saved them offline which I play regularly. But these days most the songs just greyed out and I can’t play them. Is there something I should do to make the songs live again?

I have downloaded the songs, and they are in my saved playlist. But even then I can’t listen to them offline! I have saved AND downloaded them and when I shut my Wifi down, they wont play. I am 100% sure that I downloaded them but eSound just doesn’t want me to listen to music offline. What a shame!

I recently went from an android to an iPhone, and I can listen to my songs offline I don't now wat to do if you guys can help me figure out how to or if you guys can add it to esound that would be great.

I’ve used this app for over a year and I had no issues with it until today. It randomly exits the app in the middle of the song. I restarted my phone but the problem hasn’t been fixed.

hey my esound isnt working, it lets me log in but after that i get a grey schreen and tells me something went wrong. this has happened many times on 2 of my devices

I have had the app for a few years and recently had an update on my phone. Now every time I try and open the app it crashes completely, yet I have it on my iPad and the app works perfectly fine on there.

The app doesn’t open. It just stay some seconds on the primary screen, and then is closed.

Hello, my problem is that, when I've conected to new wifi in diferent country all my downloaded song were unavailable in offline mode. But size of app is still 7gb-(meaning songs are still there) Thanks for help.
