I usually don’t bother writing a review but NassWallet really frustrated me.
Possibly the most inconvenient of all other similar apps. After not using NassWallet for a while, my account was suspended and the only prompt NassWallet gave was to call their number. It turned out to be just a KYC verification that i had to do through WhatsApp 🤦🏻♂️
I hope this reaches the relevant departments, here are some points to improve upon/fix:
1. Add FaceID/fingerprint verification to login and transactions
2. the KYC process to be added in NassWallet interface
3. Improve the UI/UX as it is confusing to navigate
4. Prices of digital vouchers are higher than competitors
5. Locations of some agents on the map aren’t accurate.
Totally useless, unreliable, you better find yourself another job than this … 👎🏻

When i try to add money to my wallet form Qi card and after filling all the information of the card , NassWallet stops and only “Trasnaction is in process” appears on the screen and nothing happens after that even if I wait for an hour ..
i should restart NassWallet and do the same things and the same cycle begins ..
When will we be able to send and receive money from other wallets? İt is the most important one and its not available. 🤦🏻♂️ if you guys fix this , this will be the best wallet in Kurdistan and Iraq!!!
