So much information on who to call, what to do, statistics, tips on how to stay safe, and your past test results. Some people refuse to test or they just don’t care and then when they get symptoms, they brush it off and continue to go on and not knowing infect others. We need to all do our part by following guidelines to protect others. Get tested! We of course can’t live in Fear, but by Faith. We also need to remember and be considerate of others and do our part!

Ok recently 3days ago took a PCR test from CVS Clinic in Fort Myers.
I received a text message indicating I was COVID free.
My issue was the airlines refusing to accept this website and instead was asking passengers for a paper copy.
My stand was that I would believe the results from an electronic system run by the state than an individual hand over a paper copy to the airlines!
HealthyTogether will only be effective if the. State Government made it an official standard for airline’s. I did not fly…because at 4am there was not a store opened to make copies for a requirement not mention on the airlines website nort after 7 calls to American Airlines requesting they provide me a list of requirements to fly. Very good site but it will only work if it’s standardized and up held by state govt! Oh and state govt should make airlines provide a list of requirements to fly thru the airlines website, if they want to do business in Florida PBI..! Icefire244

I got HealthyTogether hoping it would let me know if someone I’ve been in contact with has been diagnosed. But I’m assuming all those people who refuse to wear a mask to the grocery store are also among those who are paranoid about HealthyTogether invading their privacy. Without the majority of my neighbors using it, all I get from it is a somewhat annoying daily reminder to check my symptoms. Unless some new symptom is discovered, I don’t need an app asking me every single day if I have a cough or loss of taste. Pretty sure I’ll notice that on my own. I’ll still keep HealthyTogether for the slight chance I come in contact with someone else who has HealthyTogether and tests positive.

I have had new results on my latest COVID test. I wrote a poor review about this website at that time and have deleted that review. Some comments where made in anger because of delays in getting results and difficulty using the site. I returned to the testing site and spoke to an agent and was told my new results would take 3 to 5 days I received the new results and returned to HealthyTogether . I had better results using the site this time with no problems and was satisfied with using HealthyTogether . I still feel HealthyTogether could be improved but I changed my review to a four

I am in Florida. After waiting two days to receive my results, I receive the notification that they are ready. I go to HealthyTogether and my new results are nowhere to be found and to this day are not on there. Our lovely state has made it so that this is the only way to receive results at some sites so it would make sense that it would be of importance for HealthyTogether to be technologically sound. But alas, it is not. Now I have the pleasure of chasing around my county health dept to receive the results prior to an important trip I have to take and of course that’s a wild goose chase. It would be much easier if they would just text/email the results like they normally do. Not everything needs an app that you can barely rely on.

I allowed my brother who was visiting to use my number to get his results and since then I have had 4 test done. Every time the results come in it’s stated to be in his name. I have gone back and told them that it is not appearing in my name and because of this I had to go to the State Road 84 office to get a hard copy in my name. I have just received the test results again in my brother’s name though I just took the test again yesterday. I want it back in my name. Will they be able to fixed this kuffuffle.

Map doesn’t render properly on iPhone. Currently using iPhone 8 Plus w/ iOS 13.5 would also be nice to see hot spots on the map. Note HealthyTogether doesn’t use Apple or Google contact tracing capabilities of your o/s. So for instance HealthyTogether does not let you turn on contact trace logging within iOS settings privacy health and is not currently supported by state health departments. Also not sure how it reports people who had the virus but are now safe. Sounds like it requires everyone to use it to be effective. As for me I’ll wait to see what app the Virginia Health dept recommends for Virginians.

I never got the 2 shots as I was told that they have harmful side effects. I was told that the Pfizer shots contain toxic compounds and mercury. I never should have listened to the person who told me this. She now has a bad case of Covid and me being in the same house with her I caught Covid. As I do a lot of volunteer work, I can’t wait for the day to come that l can get my 2 shots, go back and continue my volunteer work, go to church, grocery shopping and get back to normalcy once again.

“Healthy Togeather” a GREAT way to receive test results!
Concerned App might not download properly, or I’d do something to mess up the steps / process went smooth.
AND to be able to E-mail FL Results form to family members anxiously awaiting results - with so many being tested, what super speedy way to receive results- any time of day (didn’t have to be office hours), weak end day, a holiday. Congratulations, should be appreciated by ALL involved in process.

In a sea of negativity and bad news this has been a welcome reprieve. As a healthcare professional it’s been disheartening to see the health and economic devastation that COVID-19 has caused. Like most Americans I’ve been wary of opening the economy too soon. However, the initiative that Utah has shown, in ramping up testing, in making more PPE, and now in the creation of HealthyTogether, give me so much more comfort that we will be able to strike this balance and continue to both fight this pandemic and restart the economy in responsible ways.

Very easy to do with daily reminders. I have no problem answering the generic questions and I feel safe with my personal info. I wish more people would jump on the bandwagon of using an app like this. Being high risk, it’s just another way I feel I can stay safe and know I can be informed if I come in contact with someone with the virus.

First, is the symptom checker. I answer yes to a scratchy throat and am told to get tested - no consideration for the fact I have terrible sinuses and with all the fireworks it’s got them draining like a goo factory!
Don’t we need some follow up questions to see if it’s normal? For this reason I quit doing the daily checks.
Second, I’m told Utah turned off the location tracking because they thought fewer people will use HealthyTogether . Wasn’t that the main value in HealthyTogether? The need for contact tracing? Where is the value now?
The only value now is finding testing - I can do that through the Internet. I will be deleting HealthyTogether.

The nurse who RAN out of the door to test people in cars testing quickly and jovial then RUNNING back to the door WAS FANTASTIC ! I was close to a van filled with children. He was so kind and patient as he tested each family member. After testing he RAN back to the door of the clinic, Canyon view Medical Center in Spanish Fork. This testing area is not on you web sight. WE PARKED IN PARKING SPACES IN THE BACK OF THE CLINIC. It was so slick!! I don’t know his name but I would like the thank him and all the medical workers.

The health screening workers that are administering & processing the COVID test are doing an outstanding job. These workers are faithfully serving their fellow Americans by straying on the front lines of this pandemic war & fighting for our lives...They are so well organized, helpful, encouraging & uplifting. If we did not have Them, we’d loose more of our family members to this enemy of our health...Thank You for Your service to Your country...I salute You!...D.Priest, USAF Vet....🇺🇸

My father-in-law was taken to the hospital. He passed away. Yet, the hospital still tested him for the coronavirus. The test was available in less than two days. I feel relieved that the test came back negative. The hospital staff was very professional and respected the protocols in place for the coronavirus.

It’s amazing to me Utah would flood the reviews section with a ton of 5 star spam. Read through all those reviews and tell me they don’t seem suspicious. The first day HealthyTogether was out it had thousands of 5 star reviews and people praising the state for a lot of stuff unrelated to HealthyTogether at all.

Utah needs to use the Apple & Google contact tracing API, full stop. There’s zero excuse to be collecting citizens’ locations, names, phone numbers and everyone they come in contact with in a centralized database. If the company who makes HealthyTogether gets hacked, the hackers will have every movement you made since you downloaded HealthyTogether.

I had stroke, about s year ago but it seem like I m dealing with fatigue. I have asked about fatigue my professional medical associates and really cannot define it.
So feel tired, in the afternoon like heavy feeling like if I just workout. Some days feel better but the fatigue always comes back.
Do you know anything or what can I do get back to the real me

The advice your app gives as appropriate activity and precautions given what’s happening in my area is horribly inaccurate and counters what health experts suggest. For example, it is currently only recommending wearing a mask to someone in a high risk category, when 1. Wearing masks barely do anything to protect the wearer but are instead mostly effective for protecting others, and 2. My county has mandatory mask usage in public right now. I really wish my state government hadn’t chosen a contact tracing provider willing to be a political shill and rather one who would make public health its top priority.

Utah paid $2.5m to purchase HealthyTogether, and pays $300k/month to the developers. 45k people have downloaded HealthyTogether , out of our 3.2m population. This was a complete waste of taxpayer money.

Apple and Google collaborated to build a privacy-first API that apps can use to notify people who are exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID. Apple and Google’s approach doesn’t collect any location data or personally identifiable data. It’s decentralized and anonymous, and doesn’t even rely on states needing their own apps.

The Healthy Together app has chosen to ignore what Apple and Google built. It sends location data to a centralized server, and this location data is linked to personal data as well. It’s built by a small social media startup - if they’re hacked, then all of our personal information is at risk.

They need to adopt Apple and Google’s private, anonymous API, rather than collecting our location data.

I guess this is good? I don’t get any kind of notification as to where a positive has been reported like Gov Herbert said. It just tracks me?

I entered my symptoms of itchy throat on a day with heavy pollen and it said to get tested. I know this was just allergies. Maybe add options for the allergy season? I called the COVID hotline and they told me not to test.

Icon looks like it was stolen from Apple Health and some blue waves were added.i get confused and open the wrong app all the time.

The idea of a community effort to get back to our normal lives as quickly and safely as possible is so needed right now. It’s especially great because not only does it help people in the state but also helps health workers do their jobs better to protect us all. Thank you for developing HealthyTogether and I’m going to share it with all of my family and friends to get as many people on as can so we can beat COVID-19 together!!

HealthyTogether is exactly what states need in order to stop the spread. Thank you for finally creating an app that incorporates contact tracing and works well/easy to use. The symptom checker was very straight forward and prompted me to the nearest testing center within seconds! I will be sharing with my entire family and friends. Together we will overcome the virus!!

I've been monitoring apps internationally and waiting for a domestic solution to contact tracing. This is the most comprehensive and polished solution I’ve seen!! I’m really hopeful that this will have the impact I believe it will. To those who are cautious please trust the process, you can delete your data whenever, but sharing it with health officials is critical to stopping the spread . ❤️❤️❤️

I am loving the daily symptoms tracker, I haven’t had to be tested yet but if I do I can see the closest site. I was a little sketched out at first with sharing my location until I read that everything is deleted after 30 days. Well done Utah!!!

I read this is the future of contact tracing and after downloading... I believe it. I’ve been in the technology space 5+ years I cannot believe how well built and polished HealthyTogether is after being built in a seemingly short period of time. Contact tracing is going to be ESSENTIAL moving forward.

HealthyTogether has been extremely beneficial in tracking symptoms for me and my family. It’s an easy way to get a good reading and track record as to how my parents are feeling so we can assess any differences in their symptoms. A very helpful tool given the circumstances.

Helpful app that takes you through the symptoms of coronavirus, taking into account age and preexisting conditions, and giving you a recommendation that you get tested or not based upon your symptoms and who you have come into contact with

HealthyTogether is incredible - smooth UI and a range of helpful features. My favorite is the use of Bluetooth to prevent the need for location services being turned on - I can protect my privacy & still know if I’m exposed.

Along with HealthyTogether being so easy to use, it is such a good use of technology to slow the spread of COVID-19. As an employee of my local Health Department and a member of the disease investigation team, this is going to make my job SO much easier. Thank you!

HealthyTogether lets people know if you’ve been exposed to someone who has tested positive for Covid-19 based on location data. There is also a clean survey for symptom tracking and a map with testing centers. I really hope this helps slow the spread!

I’m so glad that HealthyTogether is here. It is so important for us to track sources of exposure in order to contain this virus and ultimately get everything back to normal faster. Easy to use and such a great way to do your part for your community!

A well built app that will significantly increase effectiveness of our states contract tracing efforts. Ease of finding testing centers is also a great feature as it has been hectic with everyone googling to try and see where there are available resources.

Really hoping this makes a difference. The more people that participate the better off we will be as we can find out if we have been in contact with someone who might be a carrier.

This is a great app that is simple and quick to use. So glad the State of Utah is using this to help with contact tracing. The more that download and install HealthyTogether the more effective it will be. Let’s crush this thing!
