Poor Coordination with the Airlines

Ok recently 3days ago took a PCR test from CVS Clinic in Fort Myers.
I received a text message indicating I was COVID free.
My issue was the airlines refusing to accept this website and instead was asking passengers for a paper copy.
My stand was that I would believe the results from an electronic system run by the state than an individual hand over a paper copy to the airlines!
This app will only be effective if the. State Government made it an official standard for airline’s. I did not fly…because at 4am there was not a store opened to make copies for a requirement not mention on the airlines website nort after 7 calls to American Airlines requesting they provide me a list of requirements to fly. Very good site but it will only work if it’s standardized and up held by state govt! Oh and state govt should make airlines provide a list of requirements to fly thru the airlines website, if they want to do business in Florida PBI..! Icefire244

Useless App

I am in Florida. After waiting two days to receive my results, I receive the notification that they are ready. I go to the app and my new results are nowhere to be found and to this day are not on there. Our lovely state has made it so that this is the only way to receive results at some sites so it would make sense that it would be of importance for the app to be technologically sound. But alas, it is not. Now I have the pleasure of chasing around my county health dept to receive the results prior to an important trip I have to take and of course that’s a wild goose chase. It would be much easier if they would just text/email the results like they normally do. Not everything needs an app that you can barely rely on.

Not worth the trouble.

First, is the symptom checker. I answer yes to a scratchy throat and am told to get tested - no consideration for the fact I have terrible sinuses and with all the fireworks it’s got them draining like a goo factory!
Don’t we need some follow up questions to see if it’s normal? For this reason I quit doing the daily checks.
Second, I’m told Utah turned off the location tracking because they thought fewer people will use the app. Wasn’t that the main value in this app? The need for contact tracing? Where is the value now?
The only value now is finding testing - I can do that through the Internet. I will be deleting this app.
Thank you Utah - good use of my money!
