App not working. When I try to agree to new terms the button doesn’t do anything. We can’t get into the app

The Apple Watch app doesn’t work. When I got a new watch and phone I was so excited to see I could potentially track my brushing on my watch rather than having to have my phone on me, but I select the app on my watch and it doesn’t open. Can it be fixed or should I just delete it?

My daughter has been enjoying the HUM game since December with no issue. Now new worlds won't open. They are there but greyed out. She is now just redoing other worlds, but not able to earn new masks due to this...Any suggestions to get the next world to open?
