Was working yesterday, motion detected several times, took video, stored to cloud, could play back video. Today clearly see someone in the camera display but no video captured and nothing stored in cloud.

They put an update out today. If you’re still having issue connecting to the server, update the app in the AppStore.
I Found The Fix!! Go to the App Store if you have an iPhone and get the “update”. I have automatic updates on my phone and for whatever reason it didn’t automatically update. Once updated everything now works fine!
Will there be a repair or reset sent out for the cameras? Looks like this is a system wide failure.
Same issues as everyone else, camera went offline. Asks me to re-log in. When I select relog-in it just keeps spinning. Is their server down? Tried to reset and nothing.

I can’t reconnect my camera due to sever issues. Is your sever down?
connection to server failed when trying to setup account on the app android. phone is connected to wifi home.
I paid my renewal fee for cloud storage but the app is still saying i need to renew and won’t store the video feed on the cloud. Numerous emails to IPC360 via the app and email address have not been answered. Apple Pay have confirmed the payment was sent to the company. I’ve paid twice in the previous 2 years and not had a problem. Anyone else having a similar issue or know how to contact IPC360 in other ways?
Hi my camera was working okay on night vision until a new street light was fitted nearby. Night vision is now dark and glared. What if anything can I do to fix this.
