When I try to import a workout from my watch the app freezes. Not sure what to do?

Cannot log in. I enter my account information and receive a message that the password does not match. I hit the forgot password button, and receive a message that a recovery password will be emailed to me. I have done this several times and no email has been received.

Hi! My watch updated this week and since my workout apps do not work. No calorie track, no heart rate zones, it doesn’t even record time of the workout now.
