I can't get log back in to the csl app so I can redeem my points

Can't schedule appointments

When I try to register on the app it says authentication failed

There is no I give reward app available for Coolpad and Android 10 so I cannot receive my reward points every time I donate

I went to create my account but says bad authentication and won’t let me

It asks for donor # and 4 digits of the ID and it doenst let me register, says failed to authenticate donor

My CSL plasma app is not updating to include my most recent donation and it says to contact my center for my next donation date. They told me to reinstall the app. I did. Same problem.

The login screen comes up. I put in my email and password and click login. It does nothing. This is not the first time this has happened. I am trying to redeem my reward points. When the app is down I cannot do that. It causes a lot of problems when you cannot get into the app

When trying to download the csl plasma app on Google play store, it says my phone is not supported for this. What can I do? I just turned platinum donor.
