Dragon Story Status

Not connecting

When accessing game I keep getting a message that I have no connection. My phone is connected to WiFi to play the game. No access for 7 days. I have reset phone, used friends WiFi, and uninstalled and installed. Still keep getting a no connection error.

I get a try again message when opening the app. It says I don’t have an Internet connection, but I know I do since I can use other apps on my phone. This has been continuous for Months now. Please help

Playing adventure my level 6 deep lord dragon doesn’t show on breeding list. Bit annoyed as can’t proceed with adventure also paid for it

I can not connect to the game I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and still the same issue. Please help

For nine months I cannot play my Dragon Story I have paid a lot of money I have a Lotta dragons have a Lotta of gold I have dragons that up I spent so much money on this game and I’m not understanding why nobody got back in contact with any of us or reimbursed us for the game No answer, and no compensation for it You all are so wrong

I can not download and play this game anymore (all another game work fine).Please help.

Contacted storm 8 almost two months ago. They really don’t care for people that have been playing for years. Same excuse , short staffed, New iPad, They just don’t know how to fix their own game. It’s pathetic, They sold and got millions of dollars and lined their pockets but excuses that are always the same. Oh well everyone should right to Better Business Bureau and report them !

constantly crashing. says online game and can't connect to internet and all other aps are working and wifi working as well. Storm8 doesn't care about this game anymore.

Dragon Story doesn't load repeatedly get error message telling me that it’s an online game and to check my connection. All apps as well as my internet services work, just not dragon story. Notified by Storm8 that they are short staffed and to keep checking with App Store for an update , but it’s been over 2 weeks and nothing yet.

Unable to upload Dragon Story Continues to say online game try again I have wifi and data for dragon stories open I can use other apps on my phone and ipad

This just started about 1 week ago: I have 140 gold bars. Every morning, when I accept gold and gift gold back, the gold does not add to my total. It just remains at 140. I’ve rebooted many times. My wifi is good. I deleted and re-installed the app. Nothing helps. I asked for help yesterday and was asked to send a picture of the problem. There’s nothing to take a picture of. This morning it happened again. I had 140 gold, accepted and re-gifted 3 friends, and I’m still at 140. Where’s my free gold? Thanks! (Serenity Island)

Exact problems as above. I am level 200, haven’t connected in weeks. Says no internet. Connection. I was able to access another dragon story. Game on a different device. It was lower level 50’s. So I asked to overwrite that game in favor of my 200 game, assuming It would work on this device since the lower level game did same connection issues. Now I have lost both games. Help???

My dragon story want connect to the internet

I cannot access dragon story. I am at level 200. My internet connection is good and I have deleted and re-installed the Ap, rebooted my iPad and closed the ap several times. Nothing has worked. Please help. My game is called Dragons den. Many thanks Sylvia
