Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever PlasmAPP app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix PlasmAPP app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PlasmAPP app on iPhone
Update PlasmAPP app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PlasmAPP iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PlasmAPP on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PlasmAPP network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix PlasmAPP not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent PlasmAPP app issues:

Force Stop the PlasmAPP App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click PlasmAPP app. » click "Force Stop".

Update PlasmAPP to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PlasmAPP App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "PlasmAPP app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch PlasmAPP.

Fix PlasmAPP unable to contact server/ PlasmAPP internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click PlasmAPP » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got PlasmAPP » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PlasmAPP on android.
