How to fix Fruitz app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Fruitz app on iPhone
Update Fruitz app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Fruitz iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Fruitz on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Fruitz network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fruitz Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Fruitz not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Fruitz App
1. On android, goto Settings » Fruitz » click [Force Stop]

Update Fruitz to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Fruitz App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Fruitz » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Fruitz.

Fix Fruitz unable to contact server/ Fruitz internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Fruitz » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Fruitz » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
