OctaApp Status

First time user, did my initial physical this Thursday. Downloaded OctaApp, and there's just a six page side scrolling slideshow talking about features, but no buttons to continue or proceed or make any progress to the next step in any way. All you can do is scroll the power point slides left and right, but not get past them in any way.

I am trying to redeem my points for rewards but every time I press the click here to redeem button nothing happens it's like that tap is broken please can u help me?

I don't have my payment for today that's not cool no one said anything

App says next eligible date unavailable.

I can't get into the app to answer the questions to donate

Can not reset my password or log in this is a problem please fix

App won’t allow me to login. Tried to reset password, but the code doesn’t get sent.

I updated the new version. But now it won't let me login. Tried to reset the password, but I never received the code

Will not show my "next eligible date for donation". Does not show my "next estimated payment". When I attempt to use the OctaPass, will not allow me to start/utilize the questionnaire. I've contacted the staff at my donor location, and they can't find anything wrong that precludes my full use of the app.

My Octapharma application won't update.

It logged me out and will not let me log back in. I've tried to reset my password and it doesn't send me the reset email.

It opens when it want to but when I try to login it won’t let me.it never sends a code to my email to reset password if that’s the issue

The cell phone application will not let me complete an Octapass. I cannot use the Kisok on sight either. The staff had to use their computer to check me in. The stsff have checked and rechecked my information. I have deleted and reinstalled the ap multiple times. When i complete the questions, enter my DOB and the the last 5 digits of my SS, it will not let me proceed and shows the SS field as still reqired. The kiosk tskes my finger print then errors out. Stsf cant help me fix it.

Downloaded Donor 360 qnr through Facebook so I can do health questionnaire. Pharma app doesn't work wants me to re register. Just to not send me a email round and round to nothing it goes. Used to work all the time even saved my password. Don't know what happened. Noticed this Wednesday December 14th, 2022

It keeps giving me a blank screen. I have removed app and started over, every time blank screen.

Tried installing app and got a blank white screen

Open app and it just spins on white screen. Wont load

Won't login password is correct login email correct,hit login prompt nothing but load icon. Tried to change password no email sent. Unistalled, reinstalled nothing changed...

App not working at all, I swipe all the pages until I come to the terms and conditions which I've read several times, but the I agree does not light up to click. And the center itself only has one check in computer.

It's not giving my next donation when I was told by the staff my next donation date is tomorrow. It's says not available.

My octa app is blank not working

I am unable to log in and when I do go in to donate they only have one computer to login and that alone can take up to an hour even before I donate. I want to donate but it’s becoming a whole day issue.

I Have downloaded the app. Once I'm in the app if I attempt to go to to any option on the page it takes me straight to a page where I Need Accept the terms and conditions. But that page is frozen and i cannot go any further. I have Uninstalled & re-installed the app. I have restarted my phone. I have cleared memory & background files. I have spoken with employees and they can't figure it out either I'm very familiar with this app. I've been working on this issue for over a week.

My OctaPharma screen is stuck on the " review communication preference" screen. Unable to log in and do my questionaire to donate. I have already tried to uninstall and then re-install. Same problem. I am on Android phone and have no problems before.

OctaPass is not working. The rest of the app is. I am using an iPhone 11. OctaPass has not had a problem in the past.
